We'll upgrade your hardware or software either on-site or carry-in. No installation charge for upgrades carry-in hardware upgrades.

Our on-site technicians and system engineers work for you. We can customize their schedules to meet all your technical needs whether it's daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Our rates are some of the best in the area.

We offer Block Time or Service Level Contracts which offer significant savings off our regular service rate. We will customize a contract to fit your company's needs.

Regular Service Rates (Time & Materials)*

A Systems Engineer rate is charged for all network related service.
A Technician rate is charged for all non-network related service.
On-site service has a 2 hour minimum charge.
Carry-in service has no minimum charge.

BLOCK TIME CONTRACTS
Block time contracts are pre-paid blocks of time for service labor only. Block time contracts cannot be used parts, material, or equipment invoice. A pre-paid block of time is used like a debit account - after a service call your account is debited against the pre-paid credit. All parts under a block time contract are sold at a discounted rate of cost plus 25%.

OUTSOURCING CONTRACTS (>$7500 OR 180 hrs. labor)
Outsourcing contracts are available for all labor of 180 consecutive hours (about 1 month). Outsourced technical professionals are usually on-site full time with a company. Listed below are the different positions that are available for Outsourcing contracts.
